Doni-- Our problem in this country at the moment is that we continue to shoot ourselves in the foot and bend over backwards for the sake of these out siders . They look at our laws and see right through them. they are not even sutle about it. They steal and then fall upon the mercy of the court which does give them the break. We need to stop this from happening. One thing is for sure if we here stole something that belonged to them , our as-ses would be strung out to dry. EDIG needs to win this not just for themselves but for all those that have invented things and are being screwed because of "OUR" courts being lacks. These companies will only learn if they are made to pay and pay big. Thats why in my opinion make them pay really big not for a payout to us only , though thats not a bad idea, but that will make them think twice before they do it to some one else. Just look at what has happened. There are 176 companies that took advantage of EDIG. Thjat involved your investment and mine and the thousand of others who for years hung in there with EDIG. We were robbed of the growth which would have been normal if they played the game in honesty. They were thieves and they need to pay. They knew they were thieves whioch makes it worse. And now we are at the mercy of a judge who will be guided by what is his opinion on the issue not that the paterns belonged to EDIG. That scares the hell out of me.
