If you considered there to be merit....why would you not consider merit to any motion considered by either side?

In other words, would Samsung not want to control all aspects, as e.Digital would, if there's to be a subsequent maneuver? ...i.e. "Gray market" would Samsung not want to have a handle on that issue, if they can get some form of legal as part of the package?

Whatever ending considerations happen.....one thing is for certain if e.Digital prevails....there is value in all positive rulings and final opinion....that can be beneficial to any company having an inclination.
