edig is a little company which happens to have some great patents. Edig can not compete in the same arena as the big tech. companies; the likes of Samsung, Sony and Apple etc.

Edig is a little engineering company, if that anymore. How can they become a big mfg./dist. supplier etc. etc. .........is not possible unless they can piggyback with a big company. The only way that can happen is by mutual consent, possibly a co-licensing agreement.

Now what edig can do is get a legal team to represent them against the biggest corp. in the world. Get a legal team that will do it on a contingecy basis. WAIT .....that's it hire a legal dream team on contingency basis and sue big!

Seriously, what do you expect from edig in this financial climate? Everyone knows they are not mfg./dist. company. I don't care how good the products are....edig is no apple!

It is all going to come down on how well DM represents the edig patents in court. DM may come up with a non-court solution due to their expertise in negotiating. Non-court solution....M/A, buyout, co-licensing etc. ........THAT IS WHAT I AM HOPING FOR. It is much cheaper and more productive than a big multi-million dollar settlement (if that ever happens) for a company like Samsung.
