The Summer must really be burning me out...

Am I reading this right? People are anticipating that IF there was a buyout, our $.11 shares of EDIG may be sold for $3, $5 or higher? I am by no means a finance major, so in all seriousness...is this reasonable or am I just reading incorrectly?
