No need for a "word battle" with you because I would lose. This all started with.....What price would it take you to "cash-in"??? We have merely been playing with opinions without "objectivity". I don't see any buyout b/c DM would not gain maximum dollars from such a scenario. I see a looooong legal battle with 10 years being the earliest for a decisive conclusion. Is that a realistic enough projection considering your legal background?
