Total surprise to me... thought even if they didn't go all the way to Markman, they'd get a lot closer than this. Very curious indeed.
We've just cut our wait time in half from 6 months (until Markman) down to 3 months until 11/15/09 when the 10Q is due for this quarter; at which time we should know the settlement amount.... along with everyone else. It will be interesting to see what happens in the meantime.
In the next 2-3 weeks I'm guessing we'll have the digEcor decision. Management should have plenty to discuss at the next ASM.
