emit I think the fact that we are 8 for 8 says the others know that there is not much chance of them winning.IMO this is a major victory without even having a markman.

We don't know why this was settled without markman it could be that DM didn't want to risk it but I rather doubt that was the reason. I think we could be well on the way to a very profitable little company appearing before our eyes.

I'd almost be willing to bet that DM was already the majority of the way prepared for the markman and Sammy was thinking settlement all the time, at least I hope that to be the case. IMO all 8 in the first round knew that they had been caught and were going to have to finally pay up.

It's now time for DM to bring his list of 20 or more to the plate..............Let round 2 begin
