I think you'll have plenty of 'gift time' to 'get in' and buy more EDIG if you're inclined to tomorrow. We've had 10+ years of gift time; I'm ready for some 'make money time'. LOL.

The official PR's aren't usually announced until close to the dismissal filings on PACER. That's a month away and even then I wouldn't expect much PPS increase unless a large settlement amount is included in the announcement. Don't expect it or you could wind up disappointed.

I'm looking forward to new filings with 15-20 new defendants which I'm still hoping before the ASM. Now that EDIG/DM have dipped their toes in the IP litigation waters and have a 7 for 7 record, I'm hoping for some serious acceleration in cases/settlements.
