that we may not find out the amount of the settelemnt until the earnings come out again,,,,,,, but.... IMO since the sales of cell phone probably out weights the sales of cameras by at least 15-20 to 1 this could be big. I myself probably only buy a new camera every 5-6 years but a cell phone is a different story. In the last 5 years my wife and I have probably had at least 8-10 new phones. The younger generation wants a new phone every 6 months. Anyone have the numbers please show them......It also opens the door to go after other cell phone Gaints The big Apple comes to my mind and also Nokia,etc.
