If there was a Samsung Buyout I believe they could announce it at any time. Companies announce buyouts all the time without having all the details worked out before hand. So people on the sideline waiting for something to happen or next month would be weighing a much greater downside than upside. At this point though it is all speculation but very intriguing and interesting.
