Since it sure looked like EDIG and Samsung were heading for a Markman, and given that the last settler was nearly 5 months ago with a lot of attorney hours logged during that 5 months, someone blinked first. I wonder if the settlement price went up or down.
EDIG is probably waiting for the digEcor case decision before scheduling the ASM. Looking forward to more good reports from investors this year. Would sure be nice to have new defendants identified by then.
