I don't think there is a buyout in the works. It doesn't make sense. What does make sense to me is that they are allowing each other to use some of their patents. They are probably setting the wording so that each patent can only be used for certain products and end user terms.

One of the concerns for me is the about of shares Edig has floating and the amount of the revenues coming in( product,services and lawsuits). How much value is that per share? Already asked by someone is what do they plan to do with the money(bonus,r/d,merger, buyback)?

Time will tell. We should be hearing about our own lawsuit within the next few weeks and then announcment of the Samsung suit. Hopefully by then, they will announce the next round of suits.
