As I recall it has to be an amount of money that is out of the ordinary for the company. So if the normal licenses earned EDIG 5 million and this is for 50 million that would not be ordinary. And thus because it is extrodinary it would be a material event. But if/when we are getting 50 million per license then that would be ordinary and not a material event. Just my understanding and others may be more knowledgeable.
