I agree and have commented along the same lines more than once.

We have a few engineers; many of the large corporations have hundreds involved in research and engineering and have developed multiple consumer products.

Our success to date in the CE market has been zero and if you look at the eVU, it's much too costly to compete with products in the price range of $300.00 to $700.00.

The X-licensing agreements are an added tool for those who settle, but are almost worthless to our present engineering staff.

As has been stated by others, our present patent technology was developed many years ago and considering our product introductions since, it doesn't say much for our current engineering capability.

We should have forgone the X-licensing and asked for a small percent of the profits generated from future sales of products using our technology.
