Specifically, are you telling us SAMSUNG who is Big in FLASH are now into NAND, and since "Managed NAND means an OS having an interface that cuts out discrete components.", they are in need of EDIG's OS to interface with their NAND to cut out discrete components?...

Is this an explanation of the why they need 30 more days to work out the details of their settlement agreement?
