Management has stated over and over the company will provide information via Pacer filings, PR's and SEC filings. They are doing just that.

With all respects, and you know perfectly well where you stand with me, your management comment is unfair.

YES, I wish these darn guys would be more transparent and up front with us, brag when they can etc, but their form of communication is what it is, and it's consistent.

If DM felt it was OK to blab via a PR, BEFORE THE DEAL IS FINAL, they would tell them do so.
