The public has never seen an article tying EDIG's settlements with dollar amounts as far as I know. Also, the Law360 article is not disseminated to the general public, although it is accessible. And beyond the release of their quarterlies and annual report, EDIG has done zero marketing of their first year IP litigation.

When the WSJ or the business sections of the papers begin acknowledging EDIG/DM's success, then the public will be in the loop.

I still am wondering what it will be that could possibly, later this year, put EDIG in a position of interest from microcap funds. Perhaps the 11-15-09 release of EDIG's Q2 numbers, which equates to the SAMSUNG settlement???? or something else????
