Just got back from Court, and found "Justice" alive and well, and it was not in the Hall Ways of the Court House, as the resident legal sear would have you to believe, but in the Court Room and comprised of the WORDS of the Judge ruling in my client's behalf...

I have your discourse partner on an "ignore" since he wrote here that the only Justice is that which is found in the hall ways of the Courthouses, thus Lawyers like KIRKLAND, etc. with a lot of rich clients can perform miracles. He lost all his credibility with me...

One should ask why these people, (the NNS), and their Cohorts, go to such extent in decrying anything with an EDIG in front of it, praising the defense counsel while they shoud be saying "THANK YOU DM", who have 7 settlement out of 8 cases filed, and one in the Bankruptcy Court?...

We as shareholders should care about how EDIG layers are doing, (not who the Samsung lawyers are and what an individuals opinion of their prowess is...

To minimize the achievements of DM and EDIG in this process of IP Monetization by claiming ahead of the time if the settlement is in the vicinity of $5-$10 million it is only a nuisance money and thus KIRKLAND has prevailed is disingenuous at best...

Here DM has achieved a perfect score in the 8 cases they filed, and they are being painted as "slackers" by implication....

Enough is Enough... I for one could do without that kind of "REALITY CHECK". It is pure propaganda aimed at dissuading this group from recognizing the true value of the services rendered by EDIG LAWYERS.
