Why is it that no one has replied to Gil`s post regarding the motions? I am sure that it doesnt fit into the naysayers agenda, but Gil made an excellent point, anyone care to dispute this?

I would say they spoke a great deal about who was pulling "Rabbits from a bag", and who was addressing issues head on and had the winning hand. And that is DM had the better of the legal brief filed..."
