Ahhhhh richardo, I think that was a "trick" question on your part, LOL.

DM and Kirkland and EDIG all win in all those situations, however, WE, the long term shareholders, ALL lose!

DM gets their cut, Kirkland gets their payment from Samsung, Edig gets a nice infusion of cash for their coffers, but none of those settlements are significant enough to do much of anything significant for the LT shareholders.

My reasoning is based on my feeling that we are going to need much more substantial settlement amounts to move this puppy's pps up to where the long term shareholders can benefit. I'm not talking about the shareholders who bought in at .10, I'm talking about those holding for 9-10 years with an average cost per share of $1.00 to $5.00 or more.
