A settlement of 5 Mil from Samsung would be a disaster. It would be a message to all the others (hopefully to come...but not a cinch) that EDIG got rolled. Maybe EDIG's case was, in fact, weak but it would still make it progressively worse for each new case. If Samsungs's case were that weak, somebody made a great big boo--boo.
