we might be setting ourselves up for disappoint regarding the Samsung settlement amount. How many times did the same scenario occur for Ptsc.? Too many.

Since we are not at privy to DM strategy the settlement amount could be offset by other contingency.. (i.e. cross licensing etc.) or strategy (i.e. funding/next round).

But I do hope I am wrong.
