It could be based on a combination of going 7 for 7 and announcing a new list, rather than just some big win vs SAMSUNG.

Again, my goal is that fiscal 2010 beats 2009 by a more than respectable amount, and if not, then the carry over to fiscal '11 will be markedly dramatic.

We shall see but at least we have a SAMSUNG settlement to be divluged by mid November, at the latest and likely digecor will be history as well.
