Samsung supplies their memory to Sandisk, however, prior to NAND(NFTL) Sandisk utilized NOR(FTL) and Intel....where Intel has a portfolio of investing in companies it supports.

IMO, Sandisk is more partial to the Intel regime, this stand off keeps them all in line.

I would say Intel feels it all falling apart at some point.

Never mind Samsung, are offers being tendered behind the scenes?
