If the settlement amount is much bigger than all past settlements to edig, then would be nice if it would make it to news worthy and disclose it in just one of many releases thats available in some form. The details could be left out, but it would be nice if the dollar amount is made public on final settlement IF its a large amount. I dont get the strategy of not disclosing it, if the dollar amounts of settlements are being kept from other companies being sued, they can easily get that info as edig files quarterly, one would think they would try and book a big settlement filed for all to see when it happens. That would mean more to those being sued, or just perhaps haveing a WIN next to their name is what might be important to their strategy in the first round.
