Look at their 10K for the last fiscal year.

1) Record revenues based on their patent litigation mostly

2) First time ever recorded profitable year based on the first 6 lawsuits settled with about 170 more to go.

3) SAMSUNG has just come to the table and we are awaiting those settlement numbers due out, at the latest, by Nov 15th. (settlement date is September 18th)

4) The company has stated they expect more of the same this year...and we are waiting to hear more details of who they will be suing next.
