Agree on your last part about #1 and #2.

I still haven't heard from the company the intentions with the $$$ they are receiving...where is the company headed..is it solely focused on the "old" patents created way back or is it going to do more R&D, invest more in IFE, or the ubiquitous healthcare and travel&leisure drivel (yes, it's been drivel to this point). Or some combination of all 3...hope the company addresses this at some point.
