When it comes to court decisions, there is no late. The decisions come when the court is ready.
Looking back at how long it took the court to decide on a slew of partial summary judgment motions and motions to strike, we see there was a hearing on 1/21/09 at which time the court took the matter under advisement. The decisions were released on 3/13/09.
Closing arguments for the EDIG v. digEcor trial was on 7/31/09 so it hasn't even been a month yet.
