I'll suggest a problem with what we have in terms of total edig resources.
We have an eVU which has been modified for 2nd or 3rd generation sales, including a long battery life.
Fred has been given the responsibility of sales. They have stated that others have been moved from their past job responsibilities and pit on the sales force team.
We have seen no sales into any other market for more than a year, perhaps two.
We have no indication of any new products in development or ready for the market.
If there is no future in the IFE market, than forget about that opportunity.
If we have no new products, then stop all engineering efforts.
Solution:
Base all on the patent portfolio and cease all other operations including layoffs aof everyone, except the BOD.
Save all the expense and let the BOD work with DM until the patent infringement suits ahave been completed.
We don't need 15 employees to run nothing, based on no evidence of any product development and few sales into the IFE market over several months, in other words, no sales activity to speak of.
Get on with the patents, retain the cash and eventually a proposed buy out will happen based on the cash value of the company, plus the remaining life of the patents.
How about that for an alternative??????
