LL...Thank you Sir...kind of my thinking. As far as a SHM they could stage one among themselves and have a woopie and a bottle of R.C. and then just count the votes.

I think several people here do not understand this SHM and what they need to disclose ..they do not need to disclose crap and that is how I believe it will play out.

The financial reports may be a bit different, but once again, I believe there are ways to screw around with this.

Common sense would tell you there are people and firms that they do not want to know what they are up to today, yesterday or tomorrow.
