It wouldn't be simple but it can be done. Someone with an impeccable record for honesty would gather all the pertinent info from members of this board and others who they know would be interested. The info regarding the number of shares, etc, must be held in confidence as there are undoubtedly those who wouldn't want that info made public....but the shares must be pledged to a designated party for purposes of representation. I'm sure there are other considerations but with the collective imagination of the people on this board it's definitely possible.

But, If we did do it, I'd nominate Dinkie. Don't dismiss him out of hand. You may not like what he says but he's honest about his opinions and he's been spot on about the travail of this company. That's not all. Who else on this board would be better qualified to deal with the technical aspects? And passion? He's a veritable volcano.
