I would have to agree with you on that. I do find it interesting why there was a settlement with Samsung. I am hoping DM did not change their confidence in edig patents or became less confidence in the legal process.

I would also have to agree with you, until there is something that would really shake up Samsung (i.e. markman, previous large settlement, etc.) why would they settle for large amounts of money. Obviously I hope we are both wrong.

Lastly, it would be nice to see an announcement of 15-20 large corp. on notice for infringement lawsuit and to be really fanatizing an injunction on all infringing products.
