We have no new filings, so I am assuming they will be needing cash again at some point and will be unable to wait 2 years to go through an entire judicial process - what will they do then? Settle for more $2M and $3M amounts?

LL, depends on how much we get from Samsung. If it's the amount we're all hoping for, we could fund the monthly $225K burn rate and new business opportunities for some time.
