Thank you for your inquiry. As you are aware when a post is flagged as a violation, a link to where the post was once published remains on the board. Our system appears to be picking up a post that has been removed "green thumbs" and if they make the threshold, will appear under the highly rated posts tab on each Hub's landing page.

So yes it does appear to be a glitch with our system.

We will have our site developers review this in the week ahead.
