you are right Doni, the financial gurus have set it up so that they make all of the money. They tell you buy and hold is the best strategy - it's like leading the lamb to the slaughter. In the end your mutual fund doesn't lose money, but it doesn't make money either. The financial people use your capital and arbitrage the nectar.
