Sometimes, amidst the cacophony of noise generated by the "FACT GURUS" here we forget the real reasons why someone like SAMSUNG would want to "Settle" with EDIG and not face a Jury...

I would have loved to try that case to a jury in these here UNITED STATES, and see what BILLIONS of dollars a verdict could be had...

Also, a SAMSUNG buying EDIG will have the lock on the still growin FLASH Markets throught the world and can use the "Clout" it gets, to get all those 174 infringers in line as their "Customers", not to mention the billions they can get through litigating the claims against the infringing parties if they so choose...
