I saw that. Two things:

1. If anything positive is going to happen someone will know about it and volume/PPS will be an indicator.

2. It has been traditional for EDIG-ites and traders to begin working the PPS up prior to expected "news" and then things drift back down again. (I'm not convinced there is going to be any news anytime soon of course - Mr. Coyote will point out that I'm wrong shortly - stay tuned.)
