The NDA did not belong to e.Digital....however, it was executed in CA and that is all that mattered with regard to the noncompete.

The only thing e.Digital did was consider Boyers position....and Wencor inherited it.

Had they not follow through, we wouldn't be discussing the issue this minute.

Their being straight shooters is all I get out of what e.Digital followed through on....dealing with Boyer, Wencor, and DigEcor.
