"I'm personally delighted by this decision and view it as a good omen and harbinger of more promising times..."
Yes, me too. This was quite timely considering the upcoming WAEA show and the SAMSUNG settlement which will surface next week via pacer filings. The next 2-3 months could provide investors with key information that will drive the pps.
Can we stand all this good news ? LOL
EDIG has a nice opportunity to reveal itself via PRs, unencumbered with any clouds overhanging, and set its vision and investment opportunity back in full frontal attack.
This verdict was even better than I expected, with virtually a 100% win as I read it. Now they can completely eliminate the remaining debt if they so choose.
Volume and the pps were both feeling upward pressure immediately after the pacer filing surfaced on Agora. There should be some follow through and PRs as there is not much downside risk going foward now that the one impedement has been put to rest....not to mention expectations for a lot more good news as DM is now 7 for 7 and loaded with more infringers to target.
Eventually there should be some follow through as years of FUD come to a screeching halt on this front. I am sure there will be some continuing to focus on the risk side vs the upside but as confidence builds and it continues to become crystal clear that EDIG owns significant patents in large markets, investors will take notice.
Not too many small companies in today's market are in a position of experiencing and expecting growing revenues and growing profitabiltiy going forward, with little or no debt.
A 5-10 bagger from here perhaps in the short term? Very well could be if events continue to unfold as we saw late Friday, prior to the close of the market.
