I'm personally delighted by this decision and view it as a good omen and harbinger of more promising times. I've been catching up on posts since getting home.

I set my expectations for a positive ruling but still thought we'd have to pay damages for the batteries. It appears that the judge has deemed digEcor should absorb the loss as they breached the contract on several counts. I know from a receint conversation with Putnam that they didn't want to assume the verdict would go completely their way. The conversion of shares to pay off a monthly installment to Davic Corp. a couple of weeks ago was intended to save some of the settlement $ as a war chest in case things didn't go entirely our way: Prudent!

Based on that conversation I'd say they must be celebrating in Poway!
