I never signed on til late today and it took me almost three hours to catch up on the posts. Very good news, indeed. I expected a victory, but not THIS much of a victory.

At least we can all move on from here, as I believe any appeal effort will be muted, as the Judge fairly determined what we have all felt for a long time. B.O.W. was never to be trusted and actually tried to bury edig! We all knew that, but he LOST!

Now, we may move forward without that giant Albatross (pear shaped) hanging around our necks. I could care less about the mistakes about the N.C.A., as I think we learned from that greatly, and hell, we won! From reading the court order, it seems as though edig did a lot of really GOOD things since that time, but have been hamstrung due to the lawsuit.

I am just a dumb sh@# layman, and not an attorney, but it would appear to me that we are in a very good position to recover, at least some, if not most of our cost of litigation losses during litigation.

So, we still wait, with one less hurdle behind us. The Settlement will be the most anticipated event in our history, I believe, and I hope it goes well. We may not know until mid-November.

In closing, I still believe that Sammy is our biggest infringer to date, and I hope we get what we are due, which is a lot, I.M.O. Thanks and best wishes and good luck to all of my friends here.
