It's starting to feel that way.

We have been hovering near the lows inspite of DM's results that have rolled in this past year, due partially to this dark cloud lurking in the shadows.

It is now gone.

Suddenly the focus on the upside is much more clear than it was just last Friday, mid day, as the word of Judge Waddup's decision leaked out into cyberspace.

With this and the first round of infringers now in the books (7 for 7), we can look forward to much more of the same...growing revenues and profits...and while no one can predict the exact timing for future settlements, we can have the growing confidence that there is more to come.
