I think it is good to see some give and take with volume. While some exit, others take new positions at higher levels, which supports the next leg up on a breakout as more investors take notice.

So someone got out at .20 and its back to .15...what are they gonna do with that profit?

Reposition, likely, in light of the court ruling in EDIG's favor and the anticipation of SAMSUNG and DM lurking right around the corner.

This could be .30-.75 in a blink of the eye.

Then it could drop to .11, but I doubt it, as DM could make a big statement any day.
