I hope those considering business dealings with Brent Woods click on the link and read the court findings. I think they clearly show how underhanded and deceitful his business practices are.

It looks like he tried to manipulate events to put eDigital into a position that made it seem they were not performing up to their contract, and then tried to extort them with the threat of a lawsuit. When the threat failed he filed the suit, thinking his better financial situation would prevail.

I don't think poor wording of any contracts led to this, BOW was going to try to crush eDigital because he saw them as weak, and worth the effort.

Despicable!
