Had a nice talk late yesterday with Robert and discussed the digecor suit. Asked about legal fees and he commented that we may be able to get back the cost of some administrative and similar expenses.

I mentioned that the decision did not clarify to what extent, if any, that we could go after digecor and recoup our attorney fees.

He stated very specifically that both sides would bear all of their expenses as is done as a matter of practice, without special conditions.

I'll accept that since he didn't seem to want to go into any more detail about that topic.

Interesting enough, he told me that DMs expenses have been very low to date, commented on the quick settlement for the initial five and even Samsung has been small. I brought this issue up because of the ration of patent cost to patent revenue, which is almost 40% and I didn't see any patent expense associated with the revenues.

He verified my thoughts related to the Income Statement and that's fine, even though it doesn't balance, its c lose and like he said, the expenses have been very low to date.

I'm not sure where the digecor legal fees are, need more scrutiny of the 10K, but so be it.
