As with the prior settlement, we didn't know any details or monetaryamounts until the quarterly data was available, then it was a guess because there were multiple settlements in some of the quarters.

If the final resolution in late October only announces the settlement without any details, then it wouldn't be available until February.

We don't know what they are discussing under certain obligations, could be anything.

I do hope it is buy out details as I have stated many times on my wish list, let's get this thing over with and get on with our life.
