Wouldn't it be great to establish a precedent for generating royalties on future sales activity? This would involve working out the detail to protect and cover DMs share and how the calculation would be made.

This would provide a continuous income stream supplementing any one time settlement amounts.

Just another possibility of many, lets hope they are finalizing a buy out.
