daboss-- Thats not a pipeline those are dreams yet not fulfilled. Our problem will be if this settlement proves to be worthy of the effort by D.M. and we don't sell it short.

You can never trust a thief and thats what Samsung was and has been. The wanted something for nothing and took advantage of EDIG with a partnership that was base on nothing. Our guys did not protect themselves for fraud and we are today looking for the hand out to keep us alive. We have no current business to hang our hat on and there is no future discussions being held about something , anything. All we have is this litigation. It can be big, but then that depends on how tough these negotiations will be with Samsung and what and if they are really interested in a settlement that is fair to "EDIG".

They already made their billions, they have already screwed EDIG. If EDIG acts like the cheap hooker then the other 170 will wait it out. If the settlement is large , they will come a running.
