On your $64K? comments, if person "A" has 200K shares w/avg= $3.50 and a buyout happens at $5, he comes out OK but not that healthy. If person "B" has 200K shares w/avg= 25 cents, he is in hog heaven.

Everyone here has a different set of circumstances, and in as much that I want my fellow EDIG/Agora folks to all be very pleased with the results of whatever is happening here, to include a buy out maybe, the only numbers I am crunching are mine.

I agree with your comment that some may not benefit as much as the next guy, but at the end of the day, none of us can control the outcome.

Good thoughts on both sides none the less.
