Samsung has a history of infringement on others and most of the time resolved with settlement agreement. I hope we get at a minimum the kind of settlement spansion got with samsung. If anyone is fimiliar with spansion tech and what samsung was using them in, might give us an idea if we are in the same settlement bracket.
